Our services are subject to availability and favorable weather conditions. We have the discretion to alter or discontinue any services without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To secure a charter, you are required to:

• Have reached the age of majority, typically 18 years
• Supply truthful and complete details
• Remit the necessary deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms and Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is contingent on the payment received and our subsequent written confirmation. We reserve the authority to decline service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

All bookings are contingent upon the availability of vessels and agreeable weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

The prices for our services are denominated in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without any prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A payment of 50% of the entire charter cost is required at the time of booking
• Balance: To be paid 48 hours before the departure of your charter
• Additional charges (where applicable): To be settled following the completion of your charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are processed using secure and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• With over 72 hours notice prior to departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
• Between 24-72 hours before departure: Partial refund of 50%
• Under 24 hours notice before departure: No entitlement to a refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the event of unsafe weather conditions as determined by our captain, we will propose to:

• Reschedule the charter to the nearest available date with no additional charges
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical failures with the vessel allocated to your charter, we will make an effort to arrange a suitable alternative. In the absence of a reasonable substitute, a full refund will be offered.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are required to:

• Adhere to all instructions given by the crew
• Utilize the safety equipment provided when necessary
• Disclose any health conditions that may impact their safety
• Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

There are specific items that are not allowed on board:

• Glass bottles
• Illegal drugs
• Weapons or any kind of firearms
• Excessive amounts of beverages other than juice or lemonade
• Pets, unless they have been given prior approval

6.3 Behavior

Patrons are expected to behave in a manner that respects others. We retain the right to terminate the charter prematurely, without a refund, if a guest's actions pose a risk to safety or detract from the enjoyment of other guests.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Liability

We limit our liability to the charter cost paid by you. We are not liable for:

• Injuries stemming from your own negligence
• The loss of or damage to your personal belongings
• Indirect, subsequent, or punitive damages
• Delays due to weather or extraordinary events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our fleet is covered by comprehensive marine insurance, which encompasses the vessels and our operational activities. Passengers are responsible for securing personal travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our charter services, you accept that maritime activity inherently involves certain risks and you willingly assume responsibility for your personal safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Alterations to our itineraries, routes, or timetables may be necessary due to factors like weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational necessities. We strive to offer comparable alternatives when changes are made.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for interruptions, amendments, or cancellations caused by events out of our control, which include but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government directives
• Port shutdowns
• Mechanical breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
